Biggest Surprise in Japan | The biggest surprise I've had about living in Japan is that it's so easy to live in Japan and not speak any Japanese. |
Best Thing about Japan | It's great to be able to live in Japan and learn so much about the world and myself. |
Favourite Place in Takamatsu | My favourite place in Takamatsu is Lion Street in the shopping arcades.
It has a lot of great restaurants, and it's a cool place to walk down.

Most Beautiful Place in Takamatsu | The most artistic spot in Takamatsu is definitely the boardwalk along the Sunport.
It's a very beautiful place to walk along the sea and look out at all of the islands and Mt. Yashima, to watch the boats and the yachts sail around, and to see the sunset. |
Message to Travelers | If I had to say anything to a traveler to Japan, it would be to look beyond Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.
Other small islands, cities or prefectures may not have famous
names, but they show Japan's breathtaking nature, and fascinating history and architecture. |
